Medical AI in hospitals. Voice AI in development. One thing we can’t talk about yet.

AvicAI

Clinical AI Platform

Clinical AI. Live in hospitals.

A working tool for doctors. Upload a scan, get a draft report. Upload a case, get a second opinion. Remembers patients across visits. Deployed in pilot clinics in Tashkent. Honest feedback from practicing physicians every week. Three languages, because the doctors using it do. Currently in pilot conversations with Horev Medical Center.

  1. 01 Doctor uploads the scan.
  2. 02 AvicAI reads, drafts the report, remembers the patient.
  3. 03 Doctor reviews, signs, sends.
Saving clinics 10–15 minutes per case.

Cassist

Real-time voice AI for call centers.

We’re building a real-time voice layer that handles calls in Russian and Uzbek with the speed and fluency the big providers only ship in English. Latency budget under 400ms. Native CRM integration. In development since early 2026.

Industrial AI research.

An applied AI problem in a heavy-industry vertical. Technical depth. Long timelines. We’ll talk when we ship.

About

The short version.

MORFO LABS is an applied AI lab based in Tashkent. We build production AI systems for problems that have real cost: clinical workflow that wastes doctor hours, call center operations in languages global vendors ignore, industrial processes that still run on spreadsheets. We ship. We don’t pitch.

AvicAI started when Ulugbek watched doctors in Tashkent spending most of their day on paperwork — writing reports, dictating notes, re-entering patient history. The diagnostic work itself took minutes. The documentation took hours. That specific gap became the product.

“The best AI product is one the doctor doesn’t notice. They just finish on time.”

Before MORFO LABS we shipped fizelli.com together — a real e-commerce stack for a jewelry house in Tashkent that wanted an actual online store, not a Wix template. We incorporated after.

Three products active. One in hospitals, one shipping soon, one we’re not ready to talk about yet.

Principles

Four things we try not to forget.

01

Ship.

The thing that’s live teaches you more than the thing on a slide. Always.

02

Specifics.

No buzzwords. No futures. No “transforming X with AI.” If we can’t name the clinic or the stack, it isn’t ready to talk about.

03

Patience.

The work we respect took longer than the press cycles that tried to describe it. We’re not in a rush.

04

Quiet.

We ship first. Announce second. Sometimes we skip the announcing.

Where we are

Tashkent.

We build from Tashkent because it’s where we live, where the problems we care about exist, and where good work still surprises people. AvicAI solves a gap we watched in real clinics. Cassist tackles one we hear in every call center. Our third project — still quiet — came from a real problem.

If the market we serve first is Central Asia, that’s because distance and trust matter here. Everywhere else comes after.

We’re currently preparing our application for IT Park Uzbekistan.

We speak Russian, Uzbek, and English — because our users do.
